We ship the products all around UK, Europe, Norther Ireland and Ireland Republic. 

United Kingdom Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipping all over United States Free of Charge. All orders are processed on different lead times please see below the product showing the lead time business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

www.empiremedical.co.uk ships to addresses within UK, EUROPE, NORTHERN IRELAND & Ireland Republic. Product will be delivered at your door so you don't have hassle of customs clearance. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products will be delivered at your door, do not worry about duties and taxes. 

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship outside the USA Aswell.

Refunds Policy

We are a family-run business and privately owned manufacturing medical company & your satisfaction is our priority. If you don't absolutely love our products, then we want to make it right. That is why we stand behind our 30 days return policy. (30 days start from the date order is dispatched NOT when ordered) to give you surety.

Simply send it back & we will refund your entire purchase price. We know shopping can be difficult, we are in the market to make it easier for you.
